I would like to take the time to thank you and your dealership for the excellent service I have received. Specifically, I have dealt with Mike in the service department. A few weeks ago, I was vacationing in Palm Desert with my family. A routine check-engine light came on my 2008 MDX and I was prompted to go to my nearest Acura location. Of course, being on vacation, I didn't take the car in until around 4:00 pm on a Friday. Mike treated me as if I were the first customer on a Monday morning and did not ignore a serious problem and send me on my way. Your service people were able to diagnose a problem that my Vegas dealership did not catch a week prior. Thank you.
Everyone has been easy and pleasant to deal with. I feel very lucky, not to have had my car malfunction, but to have had it happen in the right place near the right group of hard-working people.
